Ordering - All Ticket and Ticket Package sales are Final.
No Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
Availability - Availability is subject to change.
This is due to customers adding items to their shopping carts and then not
completing the transactions. After 5 minutes these unpurchased items
are returned to available inventory. When an item is completely sold
out and no orders are pending it will be listed as "Sold Out".
Presale Tickets:
Seating on Presale Tickets - Specific Seat location is not available during
presale. Your purchase is within a DDM.com "Tier", which represents
specific sections and rows of the Venue at a specific price point of Ticket. There
are definitions provided for each "Tier" for each Venue in the store.
We have been able to work with most of the venues to secure good seats
within the different "Tiers" in the Venues. You will not get
your specific seat locations until you receive your actual tickets.
Seating is assigned based on time of order. As a reminder, the
ticket allocation for Presale is usually 10% of the house (venue)
including the most desirable AND the least desirable sections. This
means that it is possible that some members would get better seats by
waiting for the public sale. We encourage members to make and informed
decision as to the general seat locations prior to purchase.
Shipping on Presale Tickets - We will send out the ticket after we receive
them. This could vary Venue to Venue but you should receive your
tickets no later than a two
weeks before the event.
VIP Packages:
Seating on VIP Packages - Specific Seat location is not available during
presale. For seated events your tickets will be in the 1st 5 rows in
front of the stage. For Standing/General Admission shows your
ticket will also include early access to the venue. You will
receive an email prior to the event with your full VIP details and
instructions. You will not get your specific seat locations until you
receive your actual tickets on the day of the show. Seating is
randomly selected, however you can email us with seating preference at
VIP@DuranDuranMusic.com and
we will try our best to meet your request.
Shipping on VIP Packages - VIP tickets are not
shipped. You will receive them from your VIP Host on the day of
the show at the Venue. Specific pick instructions will me mailed
to you prior to the show.
